External caterers on the exhibition grounds?
Please read the following regulations
- Buy a third-party catering permit from Accente (€50 per day) +49 69 75 602-2171. Allows access to the site at any time for loading and unloading for 1 hour. Access on the last day of the fair until 2 pm.
- Deposit. On deposit of 100€ in cash with a traffic warden standing behind each gate, a so-called “interim ticket” will be issued which also permits loading and unloading for 1 hour. If you leave within this time, the deposit will be refunded, otherwise it will be retained.
- The exhibitor must book a supply parking space with us via [email protected]. The pitches are located as close as possible to the hall.
